Police in Moultrie are looking for a man whom they say is behind at least a half-dozen break-ins throughout the city over the past month. 33-year old Luis Gonzalez is charged with three counts of burglary, and investigators say he has been tied to crimes at La Reyna, Celdis Western Wear, and Liberty Express.

In addition to the store burglaries, police say Gonzalez also stole a Chevy pickup truck from rural Colquitt County last Monday. That truck was recovered last week in Moultrie, with cordless drill, skil saw, 20 shovels and a Sony compact disc player missing from the vehicle.

Anyone who knows of Gonzalez’ whereabouts is asked to call police.
