Savannah, GA- A former staff member for Congressman Jack Kingston plans to announce his run for Kingston’s District 1 seat this week.

David Schwarz will make the formal announcement Wednesday morning in Savannah. Schwarz, a Vanderbilt grad, is the owner of Pier Strategies, “a specialized government relations, business development, and consulting firm.”

Georgia’s 1st Congressional District encompasses part of Lowndes County, Cook, Berrien, Lanier, and counties all the way east to the coast.
