VALDOSTA, GA – In lieu of this weekend’s cancelled games, the Valdosta State softball team will have a intrasquad scrimmage game on Friday, April 25th at 6:30 p.m. at Steel’s Diamond at Blazer Park.

The event is open to the public, and fans are invited to attend the event free of charge. The game will feature the similar atmosphere of an official Blazer softball home game, and the Valdosta State softball team will use the friendly contest as an opportunity to formally recognize each of the five members of the Blazer softball graduating class.

Senior recognition will take place prior to the start of the game, and will begin at approximately 6:15 p.m..

Mark your calendars for this fun and free event, which is a great chance for Blazer softball fans to see their team in action one last time in Valdosta before the squad heads to Cullman, Ala. for the upcoming Gulf South Conference Tournament on May 1st.
