Bartow County Man Arrested for Child Sexual Exploitation

Cartersville, GA (May 28, 2020) – On Thursday, May 28, 2020, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit (CEACC) assisted the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office and Homeland Security Investigations in the execution of a search warrant at the residence of Preston Nichols, 55, of Cartersville, GA. Nichols was arrested and charged with Possession and Distribution of Child Pornography by the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office.
