Florida Man Shoots at Fire Rescue from Inside Burning Home

ORLANDO, Fl. — At around 4:30 a.m. Osceola County Fire Rescue and responded to concerning calls reporting a house fire and gunshots, according to the Orlando Sentinel. On the scene, deputies found a neighbor across the street from the burning home who was suffering from gunshot wounds.

The neighbor is currently in stable condition.

More shots began to come from the burning house as firefighters tried to put out the fire. The shooter was able to hit one emergency vehicle, but no crew members were harmed.

Once the fire was put out, SWAT team members entered the home and found the lone shooter dead. It is unclear how the man died. Police have yet to release the identity of the shooter.
