BROOKHAVEN, Ga. — After looking into 30-year-old Rodney Wayne Beasley III, a Troup County investigator initiated an undercover operation against Beasley.

According to AJC, the investigator is a member of the Georgia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and posed as the young boy who Beasley thought that he was communicating with.

Beasley sent explicit photos during the conversations with the investigator and has since been charged with two counts of child exploitation and one count of criminal attempt to commit aggravated child molestation. 

Beasley was booked into the Troup County Jail
