FITZGERALD, Ga. – Jason Griffin in Ben Hill County charged five counts of child molestation, aggravated sexual battery and aggravated child molestation has been released on $50,000 bond with special conditions, WALB reported.

Griffin has been ordered to wear an ankle monitor and have no contact with any minor other than his own children.

The Ben Hill County Sheriff’s Office said the victim was two-years-old at the time of the incident and not related to Griffin.
