ATLANTA, Ga. – Since Saturday afternoon, Atlanta police have been investigating the murder of 40-year-old Keithan Joran Hilman. Hilman was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds at the Peachtree Park Apartments, according to AJC.

Police quickly identified 29-year-old Michael Miata as the prime suspect and warrants were released for his arrest. He was last seen Georgia fleeing the scene in a Ford sedan with California license plates.

As of Wednesday, Miata has been in custody in Queens following an arrest made by the NYPD regional fugitive task force. Miata is expected to be extradited to Georgia.
