MACON – According to a report on 11alive.com, a 15-year-old will be charged with murder after a car wreck killed a 14-year-old early Monday morning.
The driver, along with other underage passengers were in a stolen vehicle attempting to elude police when the vehicle ran off the road and struck a utility pole. Two guns were found inside the wrecked vehicle and an investigation regarding them is still underway.
The 15-year-old driver will be charged as a juvenile, and faces charges of murder, theft by receiving stolen auto, reckless driving, and felony fleeing and eluding .
