AMERICUS, Ga. – Georgia Senator Greg Kirk died Sunday, only 56-years-old, following an ongoing battle with a rare bile duct cancer.
Kirk was an American politician who served as Georgia Senator in the 13th District from 2014 until his 2019 death.

A Troy University graduate with a degree in Psychology, Kirk married Rosalyn and had many children and grandchildren.
Early Sunday morning Rosalyn made a Facebook post in regards to her husband, WLBR reported.
Rosalyn also announced Greg’s funeral arrangements on her Facebook page which will be held Sunday, Dec. 22 around noon.
