CHEROKEE COUNTY, Ga. – Jimmy Lee Bowling of Ellijay, Georgia was arrested in Cherokee County after he attempted to meet up with a person who he believed to be a 14-year-old girl, according to Fox5.

Lee showed up to the public location wearing Santa Claus hat, however, the “minor” that he planned to meet was actually Cherokee Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Unit. Lee is currently being charged with attempted child molestation, pandering, sexual exploitation of a child, obscene internet contact with a minor, and violation of the computer pornography and sexual exploitation act.

He is booked at Cherokee County Adult Detention Center and is held without bond.
