BERRIEN CO., Ga. – On Wednesday, November 20, 2019, the GBI’s Douglas Regional Office received a request from the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office to assist with a death investigation.

The Berrien County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call Wednesday reporting a deceased male discovered in the residence at 454 Harnage Road.  The responding deputy found Mickey Adam Tennison, 40, deceased.

The preliminary investigation indicates that Tennison’s death was the result of a homicide, but a final determination of the cause of death will be determined during the autopsy conducted by the GBI Medical Examiner’s Office in Macon.

“I would like to encourage anyone with information to please call the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office,” Sheriff Ray Paulk said on Friday.
