THOMASVILLE (WCTV Eyewitness News) – A Thomasville man is facing prison time for the death of his child.

Damien Holloway pleaded guilty on Tuesday to voluntary manslaughter and cruelty to children.

Authorities say in February 2014, Holloway killed his infant daughter by shaking her violently.

The 9-month-old suffered a traumatic head injury and did not survive.

Holloway could face up to 20 years in prison on each charge.
