ALBANY – Environmental groups hoping to stop construction of the Sabal Trail pipeline have filed a lawsuit.
Flint Riverkeeper, the Sierra Club and Gulf Restoration Network are suing the US Army Corps of Engineers, claiming the pipeline would be a threat to drinking water sources in the region.
