TURNER Co. – An Ashburn reportedly shot himself after leading police on a chase Saturday night.

Curtis Lee McCoy, 53, was being sought by the Ashburn Police Department after they initially responded to a domestic dispute. The chase ended in a single-vehicle wreck in the 100 block of Raines Road.

McCoy died of a single gunshot wound fired from inside the vehicle, according to the Turner County Coroner. No law enforcement official fired a weapon.
