Body found behind Colquitt Co. shed

COLQUITT Co. – The Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Colquitt County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a possible homicide after a man was found dead behind a home Monday afternoon.

The body was discovered around 6:30 p.m. behind a shed behind a residence on a short road off Sardis Church Road.

Investigators are reportedly working to determine the man’s identity and exactly how he died.
