VALDOSTA – Albany Police have issued arrest warrants for the man and woman they believe were caught on surveillance video burglarizing storage units at Royale Storage on Palmyra Road in March.

Police are searching for Elvis Young, 31, and Ashley Chafin, 26, from Valdosta.
