MOULTRIE – The teen suspect in a Sunday afternoon slaying at a northwest Moultrie recreational area has been identified as a Colquitt County High student and football player.

Jaquan Willis, 16, was booked Tuesday at Colquitt County Sheriff’s Office by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, according to jail reports. Willis has been charged with the murder of Fatisha Annette Clark, 33, who was shot Sunday near the Ryce Community Center in Moultrie.

Willis will be housed at a state youth detention center while he awaits adjudication of the case or until he turns 17 on Jan. 7, 2017.
