ADEL – Investigators with the Adel Police Department are searching a man who robbed a couple at gunpoint last week.

At approximately 8 p.m. Wednesday, APD responded to the Holiday Market on South Hutchinson Avenue in reference to a reported armed robbery.

The owners of the store, a husband and wife, were the only people inside the store at the time of the incident. The offender reportedly took an undisclosed amount of money from the store.

Donte Glauvitz, 28, has been identified as a suspect in this case. Glauvitz faces felony charges and so far has eluded arrest. Officials executed a search warrant at his home in Adel Tuesday morning but have not been able to find him, reports WALB.
