CAIRO — As deputies attempted to execute an arrest over child support charges, they discovered a Cairo meth lab.

Two individuals, a male and female, were arrested by Grady County Sheriff’s Deputies Thursday when they were serving arrest warrants on David Donald, Jr., 31 of Cairo.  The meth lab was in plain view when officers went to the front door of the Mathis Road house.

Both individuals were charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, possession, and unlawful possession of ephedrine.  Also, Donald was also charged on three counts of child support, the reason the deputies came to the house initially.
