water ATLANTA, GA (AP) – Gov. Nathan Deal’s administration has been approved to spend $45 million on water projects in Georgia. The project includes three reservoirs which will help alleviate the tri-state water dispute. A state board voted Wednesday to approve up to $40 million for the Glades Reservoir in Hall County, the Indian Creek Reservoir in Carroll County, and the Richland Creek Reservoir in Paulding County. The board will also pursue a $5 million water desalination test project, but the financial terms must still be negotiated with local officials.
