Columbia County, FL- Two Miami-area residents have been arrested on a number of charges after being caught in a simple traffic stop by Florida Highway Patrol deputies. A deputy initially spotted the pair driving a 2013 Cadillac southbound traveling at speeds in excess of 90 miles per hour.

The vehicle was finally stopped nearly nine miles later at MM 414, south of Lake City. A check on the information of the driver, 28-year old Neville Moore, revealed warrants out of Broward County for attempted murder, false imprisonment and kidnapping.

His passenger, 35-year old Tawana Duncan is also wanted in Broward County for attempted murder, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment. Both were placed under arrest and transported to the Columbia County Jail with no bond.
