Prosecutors claimed Adams purposely ran over 45-year-old Robert Aldridge on W. Robinson Avenue in Doerun after the two got into an argument. After the incident, Adams walked to the Doerun City Hall, where he turned himself in.

Adams has been held at Colquitt County Jail since his arrest- there is no word on when his sentencing date will be.
