VALDOSTA – The Valdosta-Lowndes County Parks and Recreation Authority is cancelling all games and closing offices on Thursday and Friday.

Based on information from Emergency Management officials, the Valdosta-Lowndes County Parks & Recreation Authority is canceling all practices, games, and activities at VLPRA facilities from Wednesday, September 25th through Monday September 30th. VLPRA offices will be closed on Thursday, September 26th and Friday, September 27th.

We plan to reopen offices on Monday, September 30th at 8:30 AM and resume youth sports and activities on Tuesday, October 1st. We will share any necessary updates on our website, vlpra.com, and through our official VLPRA Facebook page.
