Due to predicted inclement weather beginning late tonight there have been notifications regarding closures and/or cancellations so far through Friday. Please see below and notify Valdosta Today of any we are not aware of.
- Lowndes County Schools has cancelled sporting events, including Thursday’s soccer game, JV DH vs. Colquitt at home, which has been rescheduled, and Friday’s home varsity soccer DH vs Brookwood
- Tender Years Daycare is closing today at 4:00!
- VCS: “Due to predicted storms, we have decided to cancel all after school activities for tomorrow, Thursday, February 6th. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will notify you if there are any changes.”
- Dougherty County Schools are closed Thursday
- Scintilla Charter Academy is closing tomorrow
- Thomas County Schools are closed Thursday
- Brooks Co. has announced early release
