According to a WALB report, a human trafficking case turned into arrests and charges for child cruelty and drugs.

The Cecil Police Department arrested two people for human trafficking. During an investigation it found that a 16-year-old girl had been the victim of rape and sex trafficking. A search warrant executed in Cecil where police believe the rape took place led to the finding of several drugs and an additional arrest.
