COFFEE COUNTY, Ga.- After an investigation that began on Christmas Day, Coffee County officials were able to identify Edward Allen Watford as the man who sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl, according to DouglasNow.

The mother of the 13-year-old reported the assault on the same day that it occurred.

Watford turned himself in on Jan. 3, 2020. He is now charged with one count of child molestation.
