Sirens could be heard Tuesday during Moody AFB exercise

MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. – On August 22, 2017, the 23d Wing is scheduled to hold an emergency response exercise.

The exercise will cause delays across the installation and may impact some base customer service agencies throughout the day. Local residents should also expect to see an increased presence of both military and civilian first responder units with emergency lights and sirens.
