VALDOSTA – Rachel Wolverton has been crowned Miss LHS 2017.

Wolverton is a junior at Lowndes High School and is the daughter of Mark and Carolyn Wolverton. 1st runner up is Claire McClane. 2nd runner up is Kaileigh Kirk.
