Valdosta city council considers extending city limits

VALDOSTA – Valdosta City Council will consider extending city limits for development purposes at its meeting Thursday night.

Gusto Development requested the annexation of 0.645 acres into the city. The property is located along the north side of Guest Road, about 200 feet west of Hanover Lane, according to city documents.

Gusto Development is planning to build a full-service grocery store and a free-standing gas station and convenience store in the area.
