VALDOSTA — The City of Valdosta alerts drivers to sewer main work being conducted this week on Azalea, Garland, Bellmeade, and Beauford.

Contractors working with the City of Valdosta will cleaning and inspect the sanitary sewer lines in the areas of Azalea Drive, Garland Place, Bellemeade Drive and Beauford Place, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily, in preparation for the forthcoming sewer main rehabilitation project.

Traffic control devices and adequate traffic signage will be in place to alert motorists of the work zone and any necessary traffic lane shifts. As always, motorists are urged to drive with caution and follow the traffic warning signs for their safety and the safety of others.
