CORDELE — Two men entered a house in Crisp County after midnight Sunday and shot a man.

Though details are still not available, a report from WALB states Crisp County Law Enforcement is stating someone called 911 to report a shooting.  The report stateds two men entered a house at 3994 Old Penia Road and shot Geoffrey Jones, 40.

Jones was taken to Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele, but later died from his wounds.

The case is under investigation with further information pending release by officials.
