SYLVESTER — Police are searching for two men who reportedly broke into a Worth County home, then set it on fire.

WALB is reporting that early Thursday, Sylvester Police and Fire responded to a report of a house fire off of St. Mary’s Lane.  The home owner told responders that two black men invaded her home and then set the house on fire.

The owner reported that she, her three kids, and four animals escaped without injuries.

The case is under investigation by State Fire Marshal investigators.
