ALBANY — On Jan. 8, 18-year-old Kalene Elizabeth Conlan attacked Albany Detective, Corporal Calandra Bell during an interview.

Corporal Bell was sent to the hospital after the assault. Conlan was already in jail at the time for assaulting her mother in the 900 block of West Society on Jan. 7.

Conlan was charged with felony obstruction, felony escape, and simple battery.
