SHOOTING SUSPECT SURRENDERS  |  THOMASVILLE — Thomasville resident Peter Davis has turned himself in to law enforcement officials. He was wanted in connection with a shooting incident that took place at a local convenience store.  Fortunately no one was injured.

Davis now faces charges that include aggravated assault and weapons violations. Police have also implicated him in a burglary.

FEMALE ATTACKED AT HOMELESS CAMP  |  VALDOSTA — A 48 year old female was attacked by a man with a knife at the homeless camp in Valdosta. Her attacker has been identified as 54-year old Coye Boyette.  The unidentified victim was treated at a local hospital and released.
