ABAC-LogoTIFTON, GA – With a focus on recent high school graduates as well as adults who have been away from the classroom for a number of years, Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College will host admissions and financial aid information sessions on April 8 and April 29.  Each session is scheduled from 5-7 p.m. at the Agricultural Sciences building on the ABAC campus.

“Two of the most important things you will do in the college application process are applying for admission and applying for financial aid,” said Enrollment Counselor Brooke Jernigan.  “Financial aid and admissions staff will be on hand to help you with both steps.”

Students seeking financial aid must have their Personal Identification Number (PIN) from the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) web site and a copy of their 2013 tax returns for parents and students, if applicable, to receive assistance with the financial aid process.

For more information on these sessions, interested persons can contact Jernigan at (229) 391-5018 or at bjernigan@abac.edu.

Summer term classes begin at ABAC on June 2.  The fall semester opens Aug. 13.
