VALDOSTA, GA – Lowndes High School will be offering Driver Education on the weekends and after-school starting January 25th, 2014. Classes will meet on from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. To sign-up for the class begins on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2014 and ends on January 24th, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. Sign-up sheets are in the front office of the school, and will cost $200.

Dates for class:
Saturday January 25th, 2014 – 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Saturday February 1st, 2014 – 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Saturday February 8th, 2014 – 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Saturday February 22nd, 2014 – 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Plus students will have to opportunity to drive 6 hours on the weekend. If you play a spring sport and the class dates are a problem with your schedule see Coach Lankford. All class time and 6 hours of driving must be completed in order to be certified. The whole class should take only 6 or 7 days out of your schedule for you to finish.
