VALDOSTA, GA –After paying a past due bill in full to the City of Valdosta Wednesday, Woodlark Companies now faces another overdue bill for the Woodstone Apartments complex. Woodlark Companies is based in Miami , FL and also owns the 480 Murray apartment complex on Murray Road. Woodlark Companies also currently has an overdue bill with Georgia Power. The City of Valdosta has contacted Wells Fargo who is handling Woodstone’s finances about payment of the outstanding bills.
