A pair of men have been arrested and charged in connection with a Sunday night shooting in Quitman. Police say the shooting happened at a home in the 800 block of Morris Avenue around 8:30 Sunday night.

22-year old Myron Mitchell and 32-year old Javis Denson were formally charged in the shooting death of 29-year old Mickey Albritton on Monday.

A second, unidentified man is said to be in critical condition after being shot. While investigators say the shooters did know the victims, they are not yet releasing a motive for the shooting.

Mitchell and Denson have been charged with murder and aggravated assault.
