Valdosta, GA- Two area men heard their sentences Tuesday inside a Valdosta courtroom, both of them having been convicted with multiple counts of possessing child pornography.

44-year old Russell Norvell of Doerun pled guilty back in June after police traced his computer to one that was downloading the videos and images. During a search, the agents located a number of computers in the home and Norvell admitted he used one of them to access child pornography.   The search further revealed over 600 images and videos of minors, including minors under the age of twelve.

24-year old Cameron Johnson also pled guilty in June after police found 600 images and videos of minors, including minors under the age of twelve  years old.

Both men to were sentenced to 61 months in  prison, 25 years probation, and mandatory registration as a sex offender.
