The Jacksonville Jaguars are indeed changing things up lately. With a new coach, comes a new Everbank Field staff. The football team is accepting applications to compete for a once in a lifetime opportunity to become the Jag’s new PA announcer. You know, the person with that amazing voice that describes every player and every play.

The stadium announcer winner will be required to be at every home game during the 2013 NFL season.

Contestants have two choices to submit their application, which includes a voice track demo. Contestants can send their application via online at www.jaguars.com/pa-announcer or they can send their application and demo via mail the following address:

The submission cut off is on July 12, 2013 at 11:59PM.

After the submission door closes, ten finalists will be chosen to go to round two, where they will perform their talent in front of a group of judges. After that, two finalists will be chose for round three. The two finalists will head to Everbank Field and prove their skill as a PA announcer during the Jaguars scrimmage on August 3, 2013.

Jaguar fans can give their input, too. In order to win the contest, fans must vote on who was the best PA during the scrimmage via text message.

Who knows, you may be the next great football stadium announcer.
