The owner, 37-year old Jeffery Cox Jr. is charged with unlawful possession of Oxycodone. A pharmacist, Karen Dunlap, faces charges of distributing a controlled substance without a prescription.

Officials say more arrests are possible, and that the pharmacists were allegedly filling bottles with Hydrocodone, Oxycontin, Adderall and other drugs without prescriptions.  Additional charges against Cox are pending.
