Residents’ Tips Lead To Arrest Of Two Valdosta Men

Lowndes County Police CarValdosta, GA- The Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office is thanking the public for their tips that led to the arrests of to men inside a Valdosta home. Numerous neighbors had called the LCSO about suspicious activity occurring at the home on Azalea Circle.

A search warrant was issued for the home, at which point investigators found marijuana, packaging and scales, and stolen street signs. 20-year old Michael Lanning, who lived at the home, and 20-year old Conor Harrison of Thomasville were arrested and charged with various crimes.

Both men are charged with theft by receiving stolen property- Lanning faces additional drug charges, including possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
