The Georgia Bureau of Investigation say Francis Hall, 33, and 15-month-old Jersi Hall were killed in their Sparks home on Barneyville Road Friday afternoon.
A vehicle from the home was found near I-75 near Cook County on Saturday. Agents have arrested 31-year old Ashley Routland of Lenox, who is charged with one count of theft by taking of a motor vehicle.
Routland was officially charged in the double murder on Monday. Officials have not said what his connection to Ms. Hall was nor how they were killed.
