Valdosta, GA- An 18-year old Valdosta man is behind bars for the second time this calendar year, this time charged with arson. Spencer Lonon was previously arrested this year after trying to steal computer parts from the Wal-Mart on Inner Perimeter. In the course of that theft, he injured an off-duty officer.

This week, investigators with the Valdosta PD charged Lonon with arson in connection with a fire at the Ashley House (109 E. Hill Avenue) which occurred on April 27th. He will face one count of arson and 24 counts of reckless conduct in the latest case.
