turner field 1Remember that hot start for the Braves? That seems like a season ago following a 5-3 loss Wednesday in Arizona. Eric Chavez drove in 3 runs and Paul Goldschmidt added three hits for the Diamondbacks en route to the win.

The D’Backs touched up starter Tim Hudson for 4 runs in the 5th inning, which would mark the end of Hudson’s day. Following a 5-inning outing from starter Ian Kennedy, four Arizona relievers pitched four scoreless innings to preserve the 5-3 victory.

Following a torrid 12-1 start to the season, the Braves have since gone 10-17.
