VALDOSTA, Ga. – Sadly, one of the city’s biggest hits of 2019, Food Truck Thursdays, is coming to an end this week.

Thursday, October 17, will be the wrap up until 2020.

On the corner of Lee Street and Central Avenue, between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., the summer heat did nothing to deter swarms of people from showing up every week.

Family-friendly, date-appropriate, solo-fun – Food Truck Thursdays has it all.

Great for business and for getting people out to enjoy their community and downtown Valdosta, food trucks from all around were busy from start to finish.

Plenty of fun games for kids, including bouncy houses, volleyball, cornhole, a big tent with tables and chairs for people to get relief from the blazing sun, and live music, is what made this Valdosta Main Street event the surprise hit that it has been.
