archeryVALDOSTA, GA – Pine Grove Middle School hosted the third and largest Viking Archery tournament to date on Saturday, November 9, 2013. A total of 80 students combined from Hahira Middle, Pine Grove Middle, and Pine Grove Elementary were in attendance. Those that competed on Saturday had been taught the basic skills of archery through the schools’ National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) at their respective schools. The following students placed in the top three of their division:

The next Viking Archery Tournament will be held on December 14, 2013 at Hahira Middle School. Any student in grades 4th through 12th that have been trained through the NASP program can compete in the Viking Archery Tournaments.
