Valdosta, GA – This Wednesday, May 22, Brother Dege, aka Dege Legg, featured on the soundtrack of award winning film “Django Unchained” is coming to Valdosta at Ashley Street Station.
Brother Dege was born and raised in southern Louisiana, and he embraces his Cajun-French and Irish ancestry through his songs. Alongside his various music accomplishments, Brother Dege has a Louisiana Press Award which was awarded to him for his featured story on the homeless after living in a homeless camp.
He has also written two books, “The Battle Hymn of the Hillbilly Zatan Boys” and “Into the Great Unknown.”
Brother Dege has written nine albums throughout his musical career.
