Teacher leaders within Valdosta City Schools participated in the inaugural Georgia Lit Link (Literacy Conference) in Duluth, Georgia. Stacy Evans, Tyronica King, Alyssa Carter, and Gail Benjamin engaged in collaboration and professional learning about effective literacy practices and student reading proficiency. Thanks to these educators for continuing to be life-long learners and literacy leaders among the students and staff of Valdosta City Schools.
